Responsibilities include: Planning, shopping for, and preparing meals according to scheduled menus. Creating menus two weeks in advance. Preparing and serving lunch daily across three lunch periods. Ensuring the kitchen is cleaned daily and maintained in compliance with all health and inspection standards. The Kitchen Lead plays a key role in providing nutritious meals in a safe, well-organized environment.
