Playground Permission Form
Although the playground is located directly behind our school, it is not owned by Oak Grove Christian School. Because of this, each visit is considered an off-campus field trip. For your child to participate, a completed permission form is required each school year. Thank you for helping us keep your child safe and in compliance with our policies.
